List of speakers on Cambodia cut due to time constraints

The President of the Human Rights Council cut the list of speakers during Cambodia's review due to time constraints. Several States were not allowed to make their statements. These will be posted on the extranet. However, the recommendations will not be taken into account in the Report of the Working Group.

The review went anyhow beyond the time limit and finished at 6.20 pm instead of 6pm.
