On 18 June 2009, the Human Rights Council (HRC) adopted by consensus a resolution on the issuance of the thirteen Reports of the fourth session of the UPR Working Group that exceeded the 9.630 word limit. The resolution called for a translation of those reports before the 12th session of the HRC and reaffirmed that the UPR Working Group was entrusted with the authority to decide on the adoption of reports that exceptionally exceed this limit.
