NGO plenary statements


NGO statements are made during the adoption of the Reports of the Working Group during a plenary session of the Human Rights Council (HRC). These statements can be oral or written. If oral, NGOs have twenty minutes at their disposal to make general comments. If written, they have to be sent to the HRC Secretariat.
