Troika members of Session 9, 10 and 11

On Monday 21st, the Human Rights Council selected the troika members for States reviewed during session 9 (November 2010), 10 (January 2011) and 11 (May 2011).

Six States exercised their right to substitute a troika member: Mongolia, Panama, United States, Lebanon, Myanmar and Latvia.
