Assiste-t-on au relativisme culturel lors de l’EPU ? Pour mener son étude, Roger Blackburn utilise les trois principaux documents de l’EPU (le rapport national, la compilation des informations de l’ONU et le résumé de la société civile) et se focalise surtout sur des pays déterminés comme appartenants au groupe des pays pratiquant le relativisme culturel (Chine, Colombie, Cuba, Indonesie, Iran, Irak, Malaysie, Mexique, Myanmar, Pakistan, Viêt-Nam et Yemen).
