¿Puede verse relativismo cultural durante el EPU? A los efectos de su análisis, Roger Blackburn utiliza los tres documentos principales del EPU (el informe nacional, la compilación de las Naciones Unidas y el resumen de interlocutores pertinentes??) y se centra principalmente en los países que los estudiosos identifican como pertenecientes al grupo de relativismo cultural (China, Colombia , Cuba, Indonesia, Irán, Irak, Malasia, México, Myanmar, Pakistán, Vietnam y Yemen).
